Songs from the Mirror is the third solo album by Scottish singer-songwriter Fish, released in 1993 as his final album for Polydor. It does not contain any original material; instead it is a cover album featuring Fish's versions of songs by artists who inspired him before his career started. It reached 46 on the UK Albums Chart. The album was influenced by David Bowie's 1973 covers project, Pin Ups. Fish included a version of his favourite Bowie song, "Five Years"

Songs from the Mirror was the third studio album that Fish released and it was the second of his two albums to fulfill his contract for Polydor. Fish needed more time to write a new album and he decided that to complete his current contract he would release an album of cover versions, an idea first conceived when he was with Marillion. The band was the same as the previous album except that Foster "Foss" Paterson replaced Mickey Simmonds as he had done on the tour.

Man in the Mirror is one of Michael Jackson’s most famous songs. It was released in 1987 and quickly reached in the . making it MJ’s fourth consecutive number one single from the album "Bad. The song was nominated for a Grammy in 1988, and continues to be popular to this day. In it, he faces himself: I’m starting with the man in the mirror, I’m asking him to change his ways. Jackson performed a live, extended version of the song at the Grammy Awards, as seen in the video above. This song is off their second and most popular album. It takes on a more pessimistic view of the mirror, trying to reveal clearly what the subject is not seeing: I could give you a mirror, to show you disappointments. Mirror' by Lil Wayne featuring Bruno Mars. Changing pace, the final mirror song on our list is a collaboration between Americans Lil Wayne and Bruno Mars.

This list ranks the best songs with fish in the name, regardless of genre. Most of the tracks listed here are songs about fish, but almost all of them have different lyrical interpretations, despite the commonality of having the word fish in the title. This ranked poll includes songs like "The Fish (Schindleria Praematurus)" by Yes, and "Big Eyed Fish" by Dave Matthews Band.
