I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles. Album Lay Some Happiness on Me: The Reprise Years and More 1967-1985. I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles Lyrics. I'm forever blowing bubbles Pretty bubbles in the air They fly so high Nearly reach the sky Then like my dreams They fade and die Fortune's always hiding I've looked everywhere I'm forever blowing bubbles Pretty bubbles in the air When shadows creep When I'm asleep To lands of hope I stray! I'm forever blowing bubbles Pretty bubbles in the air They fly so high Nearly reach the sky Then like my dreams They fade and die. I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles. Drowning In My Tears.
I'm forever blowing bubbles, Pretty bubbles in the air, They fly so high, nearly reach the sky, Then like my dreams they fade and die. Fortune's always hiding, I've looked everywhere, I'm forever blowing bubbles, Pretty bubbles in the air. I'm dreaming dreams, I'm scheming schemes, I'm building castles high. They're born anew, their days are few, Just like a sweet butterfly. And as the daylight is dawning, They come again in the morning!. When shadows creep, when I'm asleep, To lands of hope I stray!

The song was also used by English comedian Professor Jimmy Edwards as his signature tune – played on the trombone. Harpo Marx would play the song on clarinet, which would then begin emitting bubbles. The West Ham Connection The song is now better known in the UK as the club anthem of West Ham United, a London-based football club
Tito Burns, who has died of prostate cancer aged 89, was one of the last of a generation of British jazz musicians, including Pete King of Ronnie Scott's club and the northern swing trumpeter Ernie Garside, who successfully made the switch from performance to management and promotional roles. Burns made a particularly high-profile job of it. He initially represented his former colleagues in jazz after 1955, but then managed several British rock acts, including the young Cliff Richard. By 1941 Burns was leading his own band at the Panama club. Though his musical career was diverted by service with the RAF in the far east, he continued to play as part of the RAF regiment sextet. After being wounded, he became a radio broadcaster for the Allied forces' Radio SEAC in Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). He joined the West Indian "rumba king" Clarrie Wears after demobilisation in 1946.
